Flex Plate Bolts

I often hear about loose flex plate bolts making ticking noise and was wondering if these are the talk about bolts.

i know this is a bit off topic, but do i spy a crankshaft main cap girdle or are my eyes deceiving me? mine didn't have on of those

, if so did you put that on or was it stock?

Are you talking about the bearing caps brace?
Those are OE....1997+ i'm guessing.
