Default Flex Plate Bolts

I often hear about loose flex plate bolts making ticking noise and was wondering if these are the talk about bolts.

i know this is a bit off topic, but do i spy a crankshaft main cap girdle or are my eyes deceiving me? mine didn't have on of those, if so did you put that on or was it stock?

Are you talking about the bearing caps brace?
Those are OE....1997+ i'm guessing.
