you talking about the holley commander?
Nope-- bought them both from chrystler.
the V8 is from a niner, the "5.7l" is from a late model grand cherokee hemi (the hemi sticker is separate)
I'm thinking of ditching the v8 emblem... different font, slightly differnet color.. looks a little cheezy,

WAAYYYYYY Too much. I started this project because I had a v8 "hanging around" ... that was many many dollars ago. Like anything else, you can do it expensively--- buy all new parts, custom made, etc... or do it for far less, if you scavange the junk yards, and fabricate.
Hours? How 'bout years. The project took a total of 4.5 years.

those systems are pretty good, but if I were you I would go searching through car craft, there are plenty of good FI TBI systems, for lots cheaper than the holley commander
a budget idea could also be to find an early 90s late 80s Suburban or Silverado with the TBI FI system and use that as a donor
Vortecs are hard to find but the TBI systems are a dime a dozen, and you can find them on Caprice/C1500/Vans and a whole slew of other vehicles
Good luck man. Again that install looks amazing
