Default no buss code

Cleaned grounds and drove it died completely. No buss code. Won't crank now...

no buss code displayed and no it seems to have no power won't crank and barely any power to roll windows back up. Will a bad battery or alt cause stalling when hitting bumps or stopping quickly?
Really don't want to take it to a shop if it something simple.
