Default Electrical Problem - ignition switch?

Ive got a 94 Cherokee Sport that has the following electrical problem. When I turn the ignition to run/start there is NO power to the radio, heater/AC fan, turn signals, wipers and ACC (12 volt jack). However, when I turn the ignition to the ACC position they ALL power up. Could this be a faulty ignition switch? Bad multifunction switch? Or poor ground? Any thoughts appreciated

The brown wire on the ignition has melted and the switch needs replaced.

Thanks Cruiser54! I will take a look at that. Ive also just noticed the ignition sometimes will not turn fully to start the car as if there is something inside blocking full rotation to crank the engine. It seems that playing with the steering locking by twisting the wheel from side to side while trying to turn the engine on does the trick. Looks like i will need to take a look at the innards of that steering column and check the ignition switch. Thanks again. I will post what I find out.

Switch might be a little crispy inside....
