Default 1997 cherokee sport brake line

Hi , I'm losing brake fluid and found what I think is the source. It looks like it's the steel line coming from the rear reservoir from master cylinder to the rear brake connection on the driver side it's leaking where it tightens up to the union on the rubber hose. The problem is it is so corroded it's hard to break loose. This looks like a upcoming nightmare about to happen, any help would be much appreciated. Thanks

If one brake line is bad, others are most likely on their way out too. If it's leaking then you have to replace it. Penetrating oil and wrenches/vice grips are usually required for the Real crusty ones. Replace that run of line until you have a solid assembly. Check others that look suspect and do those while your at it. Not fun, but you gotta do it or risk brake failure.
