where could i get an electric fan from that i could use to replace the mechanical fan on my 2.5 L?

 

I'm curious about this as well but I have a 4.0

 

yea id like to get one out of a junkyard but if that aint possible somewheres i can buy one new

 

some people use a ford taurus 2 speed fan, it is supposed to fit without too much trouble

from my research and when i swaped motors i put the stock elec fan where the mech fan is at and it fit perfect and bolted right up with stock holes now i just have to find another stock fan and wire it in to the ingnition switch

 

If you are guna go that route use 97+ fans (higher cfm?
