I have OEM dual tone horns and one of them just went out. I don’t know much about electronics so is there anything I should check before I just outright replace them?

You probably don't even need that. Chances are the connection is bad and the horn actually works. I'd just pop the horn off, connect it to the battery directly to see if it actually works. If it does, make sure the positive wire is actually getting power and hook everything back up again. Those horns get a lot of water and road salt on them, so sometimes the connections get buggered up.

Iirc horn ground directly to the chassis so only a (+) wire is ran my need to freshen up the ground. I could also be completely wrong.
