No Horn
I have a 98 Classic and I went to use the horn, but I got nothing. I can press down on the steering wheel and can hear a click from the relay. Help?

Probably just bad horn units. If you put a continuity tester on the horn wire at the horn (there's usually 2, inside the front bumper) and hit the horn button and it lights up - then it's the unit. There are several aftermarket units that will work, they're pretty generic.
I had no horn on my 95 when I got it, but had power at both horn wires when hitting the button so I replaced one of the units with an aftermarket one. It sounds pretty weak, but I don't need a horn myself, only to pass state inspection.

Old fart with a wrench
I had the exact same problem with my 97 ZJ. Relay clicked, no horn. I when to the junkyard and got the horns from an old Chevy truck and stuck them in. $3 each and they solved the problem.
