I replaced my clock spring a few months ago as my turn signal canceller, cruise control, horn and airbag we're nonfunctional. This fixed all the problems and my horn sounded normal until a few days ago, now it sounds really Japanese for lack of a better term. It first sounded deep and loud now its just rediculously derpy. Any suggestions? Everything still works, and the fuse is fine.

 

check for water in the horn. happens all the time.
