I have a 96 XJ with a Chrysler 8.25 and I wouldn't mind disc brakes either. I would just need to grab everything off a ZJ with disc brakes before 97 because that's when they converted to 29 spline. Sound about right? Or does the spline amount not matter?

So its a straight swap FROM the crown vics rear axle straight on to mine?
NOT the axle itself...Im just talking about everything thats need for the brake assembly swap

what do I mount the caliper too?
Or is that coming off the Crown vic as well?

Cause theres like TONS of the f***ers down at the JY and Im definitely gonna be heading there soon, if this is the case...
