Are you forgetting the side marker light is connected to that circuit and flashes alternately with the turn signal bulb when the headlights are on? That marker bulb gets power from both directions, grounding thru the main turn signal filament when the signal is off, and turns off when powered by the turn signal filament when it's flashing.

that is exactly what I did and it worked it also had a 1 foot extension on maybe it was a little short for the guys trailer who owned it prior to me owning it but mine is just fine because I have pretty long trailer light so it doesn't affect mine at all without the extension so once I unplug the extension everything started working 100% perfect but I still will go back and follow the wires and make sure they're all tightened down and make sure they're all clean with no rust and you know do it the right way and make sure everything's tight nothing's loose especially the ground wire but I appreciate it thank you very much

All the turn signal bulbs work, and as its been over 9 months I doubt any of them are "about" to go bad. If it was the relay wouldn't both turn signals be doing it? Could it be a loose ground, where should I look?

I am not in any way an electrical person and I figured its not really hurting anything, but if anyone idea what it could be I'd be interested to know.

Jeeps have bad wiring harness in that region, If you trace the harness with a test light, shouldnt take long at all to track down

does the light actually flash ?..once the test light crosses the fault, normal speed should resume

damaged wire, connector or bulb holder, bad connection by repairer, poor earth.

I recommend obtain correct new & used parts

so what all did you do to fix your problem. I have the same problem. The turn single light stays on when the lights are on. Blinks fast only on the driver side. And both bulbs are working. Never been in a accident either.
