Default Drivers seatbelt wet after rain

2001 2 door XJ, after it rains my drivers side seatbelt is always wet. Is there a drain somewhere that is plugged or something?

Sit in your Jeep.

Start the engine.

Turn climate control mode selector to any Setting but OFF or Recirc.

Turn fan on high.

Light up a cigar.

Have someone out side the Jeep look for smoke, or sniff for the smell of cigar smoke.

Does it have to be a cigar? Or can it be any form of smoke. I need precise instructions. If cigars are the only means of smoke to use, is there a certain brand you would recommend?

Cigar smoke is more aromatic than cigarette smoke, and you certainly wouldn't want to use a smoke bomb.

Cuban cigars.

Well then, a better idea is to have your wife sit in the Jeep and smoke the cigar while you sniff around.
