the drag link bar on my jeep is worn out. the end that connects near the wheel/hub that kinda looks like a balljoint is all sloppy. can i replace just that piece or do i need a whole new drag link bar. i was under the impression i need the whole thing.

The draglink has a nonservicable TRE at pass side wheel, you'll need the whole thing minus the TRE at Pitman and the adjuster.

they're about a hundred bux new. available at any autozone, napa, etc.
or you can head to a junk yard to find a newer tj or zj with one in good condition. probably only about 30 bux there.

or you can upgrade to currie hd tie rod system or the like.

You can replace All 4 TRE's and the trackbar at Napa for $250 or less. I would bet that if 1 is bad the others are also.

Drag link is like $60 at most parts houses, can be found for less.
