well, i got them welded up and they seal like new again. hell probably better than new considering the stupid glue crap. geez, sometimes i think that jeep didnt intend on building things right because they knew we would modify it in someway anyways.

did it myself. my doors were already removable, so i pulled them off and beat the hinges back in to where the glue was touching. then i cut out the glue and started welding. sorry bout the pic, the cameras flash was way too bright

Idk what you guys are experiencing, but I know my 91 has welded hinges..the welds are crappy and didn't penatrate the sheet metal and thus the issue of the hinges pulling away from the body of the Jeep. The simplest(i know is already been said) and easiest way to fix the issue is to use a BFH to get the hinges back to stock location..then grind all the metal bare and re-weld them to the body.

well, i thought mine were also welded. when i took a closer look i figured out that it wasnt weld. it was glue. you can cut it out with a knife
