Died on my way home. Any suggestions before I dive in?
1. been battling a long cranking issue for quite a while. (cleaned iac recently and it helped quite a bit)
2. driving home about 45mph or so running great and just QUIT.
3. cannot hear the fuel pump priming with key on. All other power seems to work, dash, lights, etc
Open to suggestions. On my to-do list right now is to verify power to my fuel pump. I figure this will tell me if it is indeed the pump and if not where the problem is occuring (relays? fuses? wiring?) Also open to suggestions on what order to start testing for pump power.

Sounds like you have a good plan. You can work front to back, or back to front.
If you suspect the pump itself, work back to front by measuring voltage at the pump connector. Because if you get voltage there it will help to rule out everything forward from there quickly.
Given what you have described, I'd probably suspect the pump itself.
Let us know how it goes!

This is for a 1993 4.0
I decided to get in there with a test light and wouldn't you know it. 2nd fuse I check is fried. Engine control fuse.
After thinking about it for a minute I start looking for loose wires and rubbing points. Wouldn't ya know it my 02 sensor harness was flopping around and must've slapped the exhibition manifold long enough to burn a hole and short one of the wires.
Taped it up. Zip tied it out of the way and replaced the fuse.. good as new.
Tldr. Jeep died instantly out of no where. Ended up being 02 sensor wiring shorted on exh. Manifold which killed engine control fuse. The big 30 amp one.
