Power steering whine with oversized tires?

So I've come to the conclusion that the power steering just has a whine to it when you put on oversize tires? My setup:
99xj
6 inch lift all around
33/12.5/15 tires
Brand NEW PS pump, gear, lines (well rebuilt)
Steering nice and tight
Maybe Something isn't setup right? Just looking for others opinions with similar setups. Thanks

Shouldn't whine all that much, I mean a little whine is normal but it should move fairly freely with a light whine.

Iron rock heavy duty tie rod, iron rock adjustable track bar, drop pitman arm, Ome stabilizer, drag link is oe style but newish (yr old), new ball joints
