I am about 4 inches of lift and looking to get new shocks. I was going to pick up some Bilstein. I run disconnected wondering what lenght travel I should get ? In the future I might try to lift another inch at most

 

After considering the amount of sag from adding bumpers and a winch I'm really slightly less than 4 inches of lift

 

You will have to measure the collapsed/extended lengths to really find the correct answer. Do a search for the way to do so.
