Good point.

Hey, my battery cables/connections are obviously messed up and I should have fixed them long ago and I'm having electrical issues now. What could it be?

Replace the PCM. But you can work around it temporarily with a throttle body spacer and a few decals.

Without "crunching the numbers"...She says they are good to 98, (odd number) 91 on, uses a higher flow than the 87-90, so what's up with that? The 746 have the clip-nut slot and the proper flow rate. I didn't catch the resistance, but if she doesn't care about the flow rate, I wouldn't bet it's 16 ohms. (might be). The resistance and flow might be right for Renix, but with no clip-nut slot I'm not even going to take the time to figure it out. The 746 are sweet for 87-90.

Here's the chart, 16 ohms and 18.5 lbs/hr is the best I can find for stock Renix. (Divide CC's by (about)10.5 to get Lbs) >> http://www.polog40.co.uk/article_injector_table.php

Agreed.

Why believe some internet ***** over those of us in the community who have done the research?

Looks look the 476's is the way to go. Where can I buy those new or remanufactured?

The Ford 700/710's are the same injector as the Volvo 746 aside from the thinner neck up top. So anyone who's run 746's can chime in as far as perfromance. A lot of people worry about the clip-nuts but I've run the Ford ones and never had a problem. I mean Bosch designed them that way and Ford used them in millions of vehicles without a problem. Once the fuel rail is bolted down those things aren't moving.

X2 Programbo. I generally like to stay with "as designed" since maybe I don't see something. Maybe the clip-nuts have more to do with installation/removal, than operation.
280 155 700,710 Are 14.5 ohms, and lack the clip-nut slot. The 746 are the correct 16 ohms and have the slot. They are the correct flow for Renix but, less than stock for HO. Maybe someone should tell Leah!

Because you just had no luck? So how did the swap go for you? How much did it end up costing you

Any know issues using the 784 injectors with the ev1 to ev6 adaptors? Check engine light, etc?
My cherokee is a 98 and has the ev1 connectors which would use the hard to find 703 injector.

I hope I got my info right. I am pulling it from memory. But if I got the info wrong hopefully someone knows what I am talking about.

Contact Programbo here on CF and get the correct injectors.
