Default Cylinder 1and 6 and multiple misfire codes

Hey guys so my 2001 Cherokee has three codes cylinder 1 and cylinder 6 and a multiple misfire codes! Thing runs fine while driving but I hear the miss when it’s idling! I have done new spark plugs cleaned the both sensors on intake! any other suggestions? Maybe o2 sensors? Seems like it’s running rich but could be where it’s missing and not burning off fuel! I don’t think it’s coil pack but I’m going to check that next! Just trying to gather all the potential causes! Thanks y’all!

Mising firing on cylinders 1 and 6 got me wondering exactly which cylinders are firing together.
The whole wasted spark thing.
Cause misfiring on cylinders 1 and 6 struck me as odd.
Well it turns out that cylinders 1 and 6 do fire together so.....
Maybe this will help.

The point of cylinders #1 and #6 is that they are at opposite ends of the engine and there is a long conductor inside the rail connecting them that LOVES to short out! It may not be totally shorted, but drawing enough current to make the idle spark weak.
