If you're sure of a proper installation, then even though you have a replacement warranty, you're going to have to try one from a different mfg.

What's up with doing the same thing over and over again but expecting different results.......Albert Einstein (or something to that effect).

One would think that O'reilly's would have found a different radiator supplier if they were that bad/defective.

Einstein obviously wasn't a fisherman.

No chance you're getting an unusual amount of flex up front causing it to crack.

most of the time a cracking radiator is caused from old material just being weak (obviously not it), air pockets causing a surge which breaks the tank, or to much pressure bad cap, head gasket ect, are there any other symptoms? running hot? smoking white on start up ect....

either way I would get a 2/3 core solid brass or copper radiator, plastic ones are junk IMO

I believe it goes like this:
"The definition of insanity is repeating the same action and expecting a different result."

Personally, I like:
"A foolish consistency is the hobgoblin of little minds."

Not that I'm implying that anyone here is small-minded.

While we're on the subject of fun sayings, here's one I particularly like and again, not aimed at anyone posting to this thread.

I was trying to be polite......"insanity" just sounded a little more harsh than "what's up with". LOL

Well the last 4 cracked the tanks, this one the tranny cooler is leaking, more like pouring. I think it is over flexing the Jeep. I may take the rear sway out, going to my fishing spot there is an old creek bed we drive down and it pulls one front and one rear off the ground going through. Last time we went, I flexed so much i broke a bump stop and the upper trailing arm pinched the cooler lines into the block of the motor. That was a fun fix. My lil' 2wd will go almost any where i want it, just have to watch where im putting it.
