Use either the traditional green (good for 2 years) or switch to G05 (good for 5 years). Stay away from the all-makes/universal Dex-clones.

G05 is also a "dex clone with silicates added (hybrid). All these OAT or organic coolants are risky to use if system is not maintained. Air,tap water,IAT (conventional) coolant mixed with OAT, Overheated...any of these conditions will turn OAT into a highly acidic brown muck that will eat plastic, gaskets, water pump impellors and clog heater cores and radiators. IMO the conventional green silicate ethylene glycol changed every two years is the safest way to go.

It's cheaper to by the 100% and mix a gallon of distilled water, makes two gallons of 50/50 and total cost would be roughly $15 compared to $22 for two gallons of pre mixed 50/50.

yup actually i think here in pa it's still about $11 for the 100% im waiting for that to go up though. Distilled water is obviously the correct way to go but i dont think i ever filtered mine hadn't ever had a problem i wouldnt recommend that to somebody else but thats what i do haha
