What do u mean "didn't work"? At 210 all hoses should be hard with pressure.....unless the cooling system has a leak. Is your heater working when temp shows low?

It only goes to the temp i showed in the pic. Other than that i let it warm up to temp and once i drive it it goes to where the pic is and stays there.

i might be wrong, but im getting the same thing right now after changing my coolant. when i first got the car it was at 210 and every time im done driving it the hood was really hot after a coolant change the hood of my car doesnt heat up alway cool. When draining out the old coolant it was dark brown with a lot of settlement in it so, im thinking it might be normal again I could be wrong. I think the normal temp should be at 195 to 210. Plus I have to drive up major hills everyday and the car havn't over heat.

After that coolant work, it normally takes 3-4 complete heat up and cool down cycles to burp any remaining air out of the system. Assuming that the coolant reservoir is filled to the proper level to allow more antifreeze to be sucked in.
