The window switch on driver door is the cause of the gauges on 99 jeep grand Cherokee to work

 

can you elaborate at all?

 

I have just recently purchased a 1999 cherokee classic, this cherokee had issues with the door lock getting stuck and front driver window was off track. Issues have been resolved now the gauges would go out with right hand turns if I rolled the front driver window down or up it the gauges would come back on. Tonight the gauges will not read at all, tried the gauge sweep good, but no reading.
