Default Car stuttering then stalling out

This morning i drove my 1993 Jeep Cherokee to the junkyard to pick up an intermittent wiper module since my wipers werent working. Drove there and back just fine. I get home and inatall it then drive to dairy queen for some food and in the drive through my car starts shaking along with my steering wheel. The RPMS drop below 500 then stalls. I get it to a parking space. Start it up and drive it home fine. I drive to the store later and on my way back it starts it again at a stop light. Left me stranded on the side of the road for 15 minutes before it would drive normally. Could it be the module?

Sounds like it's heat related.

Next time it happens check to see if you are missing spark or are missing fuel.

im wondering if it's a fuel issue because when i finally got it going a second time i primed the fuel pump 3 times and it started right up without fault.

Then again it was 95 degrees and i drove 30 miles today with no clouds so it couldve gotten hotter than normal. My temp guage usually reads 170 but today it read up to 210.

Well i drove to the store today which is about a 20 minute drive and a 40 minute round trip and it didn't have any problems. Makes me think i may have pushed her a little too hard yesterday.

210 isn't overheating and 170 is well below operating temp.

yea it just happened again and I decided to relieve pressure at the Schrader valve and it shot out like a bullet and never stopped. Too much pressure in the fuel line. Any way to stop it?

So we stalled out again and i decided to look at the coolant (i know it's a stupid idea). I took off the cap with a blanket and there was no pressure at all. Nothing. The coolant is a dark sludge brown again and its low. I flushed it out before 12 times and it never came out clear so im wondering if rusty gunk has blocked the thermostat or blocked a hose and is stopping coolant flow. Gonna have to flush again soon. Guess she's back to project car status.

Could it possibly be the CPS?

Im wondering if it's the CPS because A. The connector is held together by a ziptie. B. Because it is covered in grime. And C. Because there is a dirt dobbers nest on it. Just maybe.

Well, start by cleaning it, some dielectric grease, and a fresh zip tie.
If it were me and it hasn't been replaced I would replace it for preventative maintenance but start with cleaning it.

Welp on a hunch i decided to put back the original intermittent wiper module and now the car drives normally again. How would changing a wiper module mess with the performance of a vehicle?

Sounds kinda like heat soak to me if it’s doing it after you park the car and start it back up a short time later. But the sludgy coolant is pretty concerning

yea but e3hat i don't get is why it didn't act up when i was on my way back from the junkyard. It was a 30-40 mile drive doing 70 mph in 95 degree heat. It certainly would've acted up on the way back.

You should also check fuel pressure with an actual gauge, u can rent them for free at autozone or oreillys
