Car dies at stoplight

I have a 98 xj 4.0 engine with stick shift.
It's a few days the engine stalls every other time I get to a stop. I see the engine rpm going down while decelerating and every other time it dies. I just crank it and starts back right away. CEL is off.

The critical situation is when I decelerate, if I am at idle it has no problems holding it.

Any idea what I should look for?

TPS and the IAC valve come to mind first.

Thanks guys, as advised I cleaned the throttle body and it worked much better.
However, all got perfect when I replaced the air filter. Old one was filthy..... probably that is why it was struggling at idle.
