Question can anybody identify these?

Size:  82.5 KB im sure its a dana 30 and when i opened it it had a standard cut ring,,,,,,and i would like to figure out if its a low pinion or high pinion or if it all is a d30

All xj's came with d30's up front. Yours is low pinion bc its a 2000.

Thats a D35 rear axle.

Edit.. i could be wrong on that now that i see the lower lip.

Sorry I didnt't see the second part of the post my bad. It looks like a 8.25 to me. Kinda hard to tell if the bottom is flat or not. I could be wrong as well though.

That's an 8.25 rear. The angle of the pic makes it hard to see the flange, but its definitely an 8.25.

this ^ looks more like an 8.25 then a d35. also that 8.25 has 29splines! great rear axle!

yes that is an 8.25 look at the rubber plug for checking fluid

Besides the year of your xj, the location of the drain plug tells me its a LP. Its alot lower then the HP.

dana 35 also has a rubber plug.

easy way to tell, if it has abs, it's a d35.
