Drove home from work Saturday and went back out to my jeep a few hours later to go hunting and when I opened the door I got hit with a horrible smell. There was no smoke just a bad odor.
Now the power mirror don't work, the power locks don't work, done light doesn't work and the radio won't work.its a 94 cherokee

Sounds like that you are going to be doing a different kind of hunting. You're going to have to start hunting for melted wires. Not a fun job.
Good luck!

Sounds like your jeep didn't want to go hunting....
But you have an electrical nightmare going on. It's almost impossible to diagnose an electrical issue without being there and its costly, first off check your battery, make sure voltage is ok, then check your fuses. Sometimes they won't break during an overload, then you have relays and tracking down where the problem is, but first before any of that you gota find out what caused it. I'm guessing its a powered wire that's always powered like that goes to the power outlet, that frayed or worn and came in contact with some sort of relay and it burned up.

On my '95 the ignition switch is going and when its acting up i get no heat/radio/wipers but everything else works. I have no power mirrors/windows so idk if those are affected as well.

You could start anywhere but I would recommend beginning your search at the wire bundle that goes from the body to the driver's side door. That area is prone to breaks and shorts.

I just went out on my lunch and found a blown fuse. The fuse was #9 which was for the mirrors, radio, dome lights and maybe something else I don't remember. I forgot to check an see if that fixed the door locks as well. But I'm still curious on the smell. Like yous said previously somehing had to rub through and melt or something. Could the blown fuse heat up and cuase that smell?

Since Saturday the inside of my jeep has smelled like ***. But this morn on my way to work it didn't really have that strong of a smell. It's def not a smell you can get used to so I don't know if it melted something and left that smell and it took a few days to dissipate but I didn't really smell it at all today. The only diff thing I noticed I did was that I had the heat in this morn. You think that would make it worse and circulate that horrible stench.

Heater pulls air from outside, there's only one AC setting that recirculates.
Based on my 99's FSM start looking at wiring under the trim panels that run along the edge if the body, like by your feet. All of that stuff leads back to the junction box in the passenger side kick panel. You uh might want to investigate it before you have a fire dude lol
ATC and ATM fuses have an open bottom. This is so that when they get hot they don't blow up. The tiny wire melting inside would be difficult to smell though, less than one bump of an angle grinder.
