Default Bosch Injector

For Christmas my wife bought me a set of 700 Bosch injector. I'm going to install them tomorrow any advice? I don't want the engine to blowup. Someone told me to lube the o-rings.

Those "yellow stick" Ford ones? Make sure you change your fuel pressure regulator then to get the most out of them.

What type of pressure regulator consider a Hesco adjustable fuel pressure regulator? What should the psi be?
