This is one of the easier repairs on an XJ.
Gently lift the wiring harness that loops above the washer fluid resevoir. Locate the two bolts that support the washer fluid resevoir. Remove those two bolts to the washer resevoir, unlug the wire to the resevoir and GENTLY move out of the way. When looking at the motor in the firewall (for orientation purposes) remove the bolt in the 12:00 and 8:00 position, LOOSEN the bolt in the 4:00 position.
You may have a foam "O" ring around the motor where it meets the firewall/ motor. Mine was a nice rubberized gasket. Unplug the drain tube from the blower motor and wiggle the blower motor out.
To reinstall perform these steps in reverse.
One note on the gasket issue... if yours has the foam type gasket/O Ring you can replace it with RTV or silicone.

there is not now nor has there ever been any need to evac your a/c in order to remove the blower motor.
it's accessible from the engine bay by simply moving the washer fluid tank.
I hope you're a refer-tech, cause otherwise you just cost yourself some money for no reason.
