Default Blinking high beam not woring

The turn signal switch at the steering wheel is working fine but the high beam "wink or blink" is not working when i push the switch towards me.
it was working before even when the jeep in park mode without ignition on, is there a fuse for it or i have to replace the switch?

The switch can be out of adjustment.

Do the actual high beams work? Could be a burned out bulb in the cluster?

Your initial post discusses the high beams, so you are now saying the turn signals in the console are not blinking? Do the exterior turn signals work?

He said Turn signals are working. he's talking about the "flash-to-pass" feature of the high beans.

I'm guessing it's probably a switch problem if the normal high beams are working properly.
