Battery keeps draining/locks are clicking. Perplexed

is my Remote Keyless entry Receiver defective?
so my 99 XJ sport doors have stopped locking and unlocking all together. My Key fob also no longer works, even after a battery change. I have diagnosed the issue down to the the keyless entry receiver located in the dome light housing. When I unplug it from the system, the locking/unlocking works just as they should when I use the door switches. I can't for the life of me figure out how to check for continuity on the receiver harness which is where I am at. If a wire is broken, where would it be, or is the Receiver likely just shot?

I'm trying to diagnose the system with the repair manual but I need to know which colored wires do what. Anyone have a diagram?
