Heck Yah! Ive got a 99 2 wheel drive that hauls a$$. Its got great acceleration(better than my 96 4.0 manual and 01 auto) due to no parasitic drivetrain loss. The 99 year also has a great combination of parts on the 4.0 such as last year tubular headers, 1st year equal length intake manifold, last year distributor and high flow injectors. Ive only had one Cherokee with a stickerband around the rear axle, and its my 01. Like yours. Is yours the SilverStone Metallic?

b-n-b'89 nailed it....it'll take longer to unbolt the cover, scrape the gasket and re-fill it than it takes to install a lunchbox autolocker.
