Is that a double stacked coil spring spacer in one of those pics? Could your springs be moving on you?

Ah yes, I believe it is. The previous owner had some unique ways of finding work around ma for lifting. I imagine it could be it, but I drove the jeep for two years like that before I got in the accident. That definitely could be a place to check however thanks for reminding me

Admittedly, I'm grasping at straws since everything else seems to be pretty normal looking (from my limited experience).
I had the 2" "Budget Boost" lift on my TJ and at least with that, the primary thing holding the spring at the top was the tension. There was a bar in the middle, but the spacer mostly covered it up. I was thinking that if you had 2 spacers, they could slip against each other and there wouldn't be enough tension with the stock spring to keep both firmly in place. It could be that the accident caused the spacers to shift a little bit and now you're getting vibe.
I'm totally speculating, but it's at least one more thing to give a thorough inspection to.

I agree, I have no clue where to go. Hopefully it's warped rotors, if not then I am going to let the parts cannon unload on her. Throw enough stuff and something should stick eventually haha.

Have you pulled your calipers off to see if they're sticking at all?

Just a thought... I've seen calipers stick after taking a hit, and not enough to cause a pull, just enough to cause the rotors to heat up and warp/shudder. I guess we'll know soon enough when you throw the brakes at it.

I had the calipers off when I did the hubs, and they seemed to be alright. Fit on rotors well and seemed to compress and decompress well. I have never handled a bad caliper though, so I could be off

Have you swapped wheels front to rear? My first suspision would be bent rim/damaged tire as you say you feel the symptom consistently whether using the brakes or not.

Gonna swap the front with the backs Friday night and see if that helps at all. Now that I think about it I do have black steel rims so that could bend I imagine

Definitely worth doing before loading the parts cannon.

Calipers are surprisingly inexpensive, so if you're doing the rest of the brakes anyway, it might be a good idea to just grab a new pair as part of the job.

I had a caliper go bad on me once (on an Easter Sunday on my TJ), but it was very obvious as it froze completely and was dragging like a son of a gun.

It’s a very basic and easy diagnostic test. Should help you narrow down potential causes. Try to rule out the simple stuff first.

I've rode in a XJ with a bad caliper, but it seemed to be more of a dragging vibration, but calipers will be replaced if rotors don't fix it. I am experiencing a more violent vibration when braking, it rattles the interior plastic! Very frustrating and obnoxious to drive.
