Cool Another Renix drive and die...

89 Limited 4l Auto Stock
So everything is good;start driving out of driveway and everything dies..
No run
No gauges
No crank
No clicks
I'm thinkin' it's the ignition switch,so I changed out with new. i didn't think it was CPS ,cause I changed that out about a year ago, and wouldn't gauges register even if CPS was bad?. I had also had done refurb of NSS just before that. New switch didn't fix so here's where I went next:
Refresh GRNDs at firewall and block.
Tested all fuses and relays I can find inside, and out.
Checked, cleaned and greased every connection I can find under hood.
Checked every fused link I can find.
I am able to jump starter, but with no fuel or spark, no fire.
12.5 vlt from batt to PDC.
Headlights,dome, brakelights all light up.
I'm stumped and stopped.
Suggestions, questions and comments on what to try next are welcomed and encouraged!

What tests have you done for fuel and spark? Are you not getting power anywhere (gauges not lighting up)?

If you're getting absolutely nothing, I'd be checking the positive cable to the starter and the negative cable to the block. Sometimes they''re all corroded inside the insulation.

Not sure how to check fuel or spark - no crank.
Please see OP, no gauges lighting up,no power to gauges.

If I can jump starter from solenoid with screwdriver, doesn't that rule out bad cable?
I'm leaning now toward bad fuse able link from power distribution module; I found one that isn't OEM, but I can't check until after work tonight.
There is no power to fuse panel ignition socket - some others are hot, so some power is getting to the panel. What do ya think?

I misread your original post about jumping the starter. Yes. Fusible links are suspect. See if you've got power to the threaded stud on the big relay near the battery.

Well, you're on the right track then. I wish my diagram spelled out better which fusible link went to what but it doesn't.

Is there a terminal E on that relay? If so, that feeds ignition switch and a bunch of other stuff.
