You tried moving the selector thingy? if that doesn't change anything, I'd suggest checking the "jeep egg" and looking for any vacuum leaks.

In driver side fender well behind bumper there is a air ball. It connects a small tube to the HVAC. if it becomes disconnected you get your problem.
