I used to work at the dealership I bought the o-rings from. Perhaps I got a discount.

Yep. And if you wanna spend another $5 at the dealership, get a 53007563AB oil filter nipple and then you can use the standard thread filters which are more readibly available.

Well I don't know if the OP fixed his leak but by the looks of it I fixed mine. Turned out to be the adapter o-rings, the were so hard and had been squared that at first I thought they had disintegrated from time. Put the new ones on added a quart of oil to make up for what I had lost and, so far, haven't seen a single fresh drop under my jeep.

No guarantees yet on the rear main, but there is definitely a significant change in the amount of oil under my engine. I'll give it a few more days before I poke my head under again just in case it's leftover from the leak and/or replacing the o-rings.
