Anyone know what brand of seats these are? http://www.naxja.org/forum/showthread.php?t=962578
Also anyone know of any writeups on how to mount these in an XJ? I can't post on that naxja thread since I am now a paying member so I didn't know if anyone here had any info..

The above came directly from the linked thread. Pretty sure that they are the same ones pictured here. Not to shabby of a price either.

I shoulda read the thread but just looked at the pic to see if I recognized them. They still look like the Sparco ones as to shape and safety belt openings.

I almost bought a set of J/Y seats from a Subaru WRX over the weekend, but the guy wouldn't come down off his $200 price tag. Super comfy seats that would mount up to the stock sliders with minimal fab work and work with my 2 door as well. Maybe you could find something decent in the J/Y.....

If those WRX seats were in good shape and that easy to fab up a mount then that sounds like a decent price for the pair.

They were "decent" but still needed some minor upholstery (read: small tear and a cig burn) work which is why I was trying to get them down to $150 for the pair. I'll hold out for either a better deal or an excellent condition set.
