Exclamation '99 Cherokee Sport cruise and horn issues

Hello everyone! I've been reading and using the forum for a while now and just decided to make an account. I have a 1999 Jeep Cherokee Sport. It has cruise control, but that hasn't worked since the day I bought it. And now earlier today the horn stopped working and the airbag light flashes on and off. Does this sound like a clockspring issue?

cruis control may be a seperate issue but you have to eliminate known problems before we dive into that.

Clockspring. I have a 2000 xj and I got the horn/cruise control/ airbag light nonsense about 8 months ago. Haven't replaced it yet but would sure light that airbag light off. It would be nice to have a horn again too. They cost around $200. There are no junkyard's in my part of wyoming so I guess I'll just have to deal with it. Sigh.
