Default 98 XJ Glove box re-install

Hello All
I've got a 1998 XJ.
I took apart the dash board this past weekend to try and fix a squeak - no lock still squeaking.
But in the process of putting everything back together, i don't seem to be able to fix the glove box correctly. I can install it and get it in but when it opens there is no stop and it drops to the floor.

A couple pics of a stock installed glove box open from the top would be appreciated to see what i've done wrong.

Thanks

There are two rubber pieces that fit in the back of the glove box on the top. I'll try to get a pic tomorrow.

I have an extra one of those rubber bumpers for the glove box. There are 2 but one will stop the door from flopping open all the way. You can have it no charge, pm me your address and I will send it to you.

A friend of mine helped a company develop a replacement for that piece. I need a set too!! They are supposed to have them ready this month. The website is www.theunobtainium.net. I filled out a pre order on their site to get them quickly.
