Default 98 to 2000 cherokee
my engine on my 2000 cherokee started knocking bad and found engine out of 98 cherokee is it possiable to swap from dist to coil

Yes. You'll need to make brackets to secure the coil rail, but that's it as long as you're just swapping block & head. Keep your electronics.

I copied this design when I did my engine swap I kept the valve cover bolts with studs and used it to keep bent pieces of aluminum in place to mount my coil

went got engine it wasnt coil pack so i am swaping engine block and head just put on intake manifold right and header will everything line up or no

I believe the exhaust ports on the head from the 2000 and 2001 head were higher than all previous years. What I am saying is, you may run into problems with the exhaust header. Good luck man!
