I have a 1996 Jeep Cherokee XJ SE, and recently the right rear blinker has stopped working.
I replaced the bulb and tested it, bulb is not the issue. I hooked up a hot wire and ground to the wires leading to the bulb, and it lit, so the problem isn't with the physical connection of the bulb to the socket. My electrical testing knowledge is limited, but I hooked up a hot wire to the power feed to the bulb and it didn't light, and I hooked up a ground to the bulb while turn signal was on, also didn't light. Hazards work, but pas rear blinker doesn't flash.
All other blinkers, lights, etc work fine, which makes me think the problem isn't a faulty ground.
I'm thinking possibly a faulty flasher or turn signal relay? If so, where can I find these to replace on the jeep?

Nope, and yes.
I finally figured out the problem yesterday, I figured it must be a wiring issue so I traced the wire back and checked for power at each connector. Got to a section and got power on one end of a connector, but not the other. Ran some speaker wire from that point all the way to the blinker and everything works fine now.
Thanks for the help guys, and good luck to those with similar problems.
