Default 96 cherokee, no headlights

Changed light switch(switch with pull out ****) and checked fuses. All other lights work, and hi beam indicator light works. No head lights. Last time I got them on by fiddling with hi beam turn signal lever. None now.

It would definitely be worth making sure that the headlight relay is functioning properly.. Should be in the fuse box on the passenger side of your Jeep I think... Best of luck!

If you can get them to work some times when you mess with the High/Low selector more then likely that is your problem.

Bulbs are good. Only one time was I able to fiddle with turn signal to get lights on. Is the dimmer switch located in the column? And could this be the problem? Thanks

OK. Turns out it was the connection under the air intake box corroded. Temporarily spliced wires and everything works. Got the idea of looking here from search the forum. Thanks
