95 Cherokee Window Fuse;
I won't describe all my trouble shooting efforts but just cut to the chase; 30 amp fuse for power windows blows immediately without any attempts at operating any windows unless the window lock button on the driver's side controller is in the "lock" position. With this switch set to "lock", I can operate any of the windows from the driver's side controller with no problem, but as soon as I switch the lock to the "unlock" position, the 30 amp fuse in slot #6 of the fuse panel blows. I'm thinking with the lock switch in the "unlock" position that it makes "hot" all the wires going to the other 3 window controllers, so there must be a short to ground between the lock and one of the other 3 controllers, just wondered if I'm guessing right since I don't have a schematic for the window control circuit and, of course, any advice will be appreciated.

Check for broken or shorted wires in the rubber boot between the door and the body. You can loosen one end of the boot and slide it back. Common jeep problem.
