Sadly still not running, but there have been some developments, I unhooked the PCM to test power and ground, and that made both the check engine and upshift light go off. I tied cranking it just to se if it'd do anything and it did splutter a few times (Pretty sure that without the PCM the injectors weren't doing their thing, and it was trying off of fuel left in the cylinders), which has led me to believe it's the PCM, so I hopefully will be able to replace it and keep going.

 

I saw a good video on NOT USING self tappers or screws as Grounds. Bolts ONLY. The grounds on the drivers side, that go to the PCM tend to be screws, unless replaced.
The wire connections to mine were melded to the body in the Fender Well... it's just thin sheet metal.
