what did it do when u sprayed starting fluid in the intake? Anything? Did it try to fire when u did that? If it didnt really try to start, and you have good fuel and spark, i would check compression, maybe the timing chain jumped.
Just watched the video, to me it looks like you have a junk connection at the battery. \try doing something there, normally it takes a jeep with the I6 a couple of turn overs before it catches, but usually no more then four. I watched yours crank twice and click like the battery was dead. I know you have a charger hooked up to it, but still, i heard that tell tale clicking noise and noticed that it did it twice. Well, other then that, if you have good spark good fuel and good compression, check computer connections and the fuses in the PDC. good luck man. (x4 on checking the fuses and checking for codes.)
okay i just watched your video three more times and i swear to god it sounds like a dead battery. or some kind of god awful ****ty ****ing connection somewhere. check the condition of the wires at the starter, or as a last resort hit the starter with a ball pein hammer three times like its going out of style. that clicking noise you hear is the starter failing to do its job. like my lame brain female friend here just said, that things not turning over and shes right, good fuel, good spark, with not turning it over, equals dead vehicle. \now assuming that you killed the "new battery" while trying to start it before making the video and didn't let it recharge fully before recording, i could be feeding you a like of crap. \if the motor is turning over and you don't hear any really ****ed noises then chances are, its electrical. but seriosly, fuses and connections. and if you could please, charge the battery all the way up and make a movie of it cranking like a mother (really really fast cranking) for ten seconds and i will be able to help you more. but good luck, also \i would sit here on web cam with ya while you work on the truck to better help. I'm not sure but try checking the fuel relay if your jeep has one. This happened to me a while ago with a different car. It would just crank and crank but not start. Maybe you have a clogged fuel filter. Best of luck man

I just fixed my 92 Comanche today with the same symptoms...
I changed the new Advance AutoParts crank sensor out with a Jeep OEM unit..ECM is good, distributor and cam sensor/pickup coil all were good...And still it would not start.
A new coil fixed the problem
.....and Making Sure I had the distributor indexed correctly after I had pulled the original out for a change. This engine will not work or even start unless the distributor is in the exact spot it is supposed to be...

replaced the fuel filter with a brand new one, so it can't be clogged. i think we will try a new ignition coil. we'll try the gas down the throttle body if that doesn't work. thanks for the help.
