No instructions, just put the leaf purches on the axle and center the axle and the pinion angle too. I made the mistake of the axle swap then a sye so my pinion angle was way off so I had to get axle degree shims for it to stop my vibration. Now I'm doing 80 on the freeway with no vibs

Urban wheeling. One with sway bar connected. One without. Going to do a steering upgrade before I go out and eff up some wildlife. Centered the axle, towed it in 1/8th of an inch, got the steering wheel right-side up and the bump steer went away.

The Rubicon Express trac bar didn't have enough threads on the bushing after I centered the axle. Ordered one from Rugged Ridge. Rubicon Express trac bar will be for sale after I remove it if anybody is interested.

So I got about 300 + about an hour of run time on the engine. Starting to get a little rocker chatter. Should I pull the valve cover and re torque now or ride it out until I hit a thousand miles? Cruiser? Flintstone? Anybody? Input would be greatly appreciated.

Torqued them to factory spec. I think it was 18 foot pounds. Followed the book. Did it in the beginning and it went away. Now it is back. Cam break in was 5 minutes of around 1800 rpms for roughly 5 minutes. Added a bottle of Lucas break in oil on top of the six quarts.

Also I threw on the custom exhaust without the cat from startup to the first hundred miles.
Stupid. I know. Got factory exhaust on now. Not sure if that would make a difference. Just thought I would let you know.
