J/k, if you don't get one of the MJs then go with a 4 door at least. It has increased body strength over a 2 door due to the extra body pillar. I would also try to get my hands on a 96, the body looks the same as earlier models but Chrysler added some extra braces to stiffen the chassis a little more.
This is all a hobby for me Winston. My wife likes it 'cause it keeps me outa "trouble".

Deffinately going with a XJ, just want input on things like the strength with 4 doors, and like you said, stiffners in the 96. I will have to look for that one.

Gonna go cheap on the next one too, gonna do a "complete" build on it.

Hmm that's funny, my wife hates because it keeps me out of money. I have 4 XJs and she knows if the right deal came along there would be 5 in the driveway.

My dad has a auto and I have a manual. His auto is so boring I feel like I am about to fall asleep driving because I am used to having to shift. I love my 1990 4dr manual.

I have an "extra" job where the pay is fun money. So I use that and my allowance, so she doesnt care. Now when I take the grocery money, that is a different story.

Thanks for the link, will check that out.

My wife has been unemployed since December 07 and I only have one job. As long as the bills are paid and the baby is fed then she does'nt say anything. Between Jeep parts and new tools, I constantly get "the look".
