Default 1987 right rear brake sticking

Once in a while at low speed my right brakes seem to not retract and I get a sticky, stop and go, kind of feeling. If I press hard on the brake most times it will fix. But it gets annoying. I've replaced the shoes, drums, wheel cylinder, all springs and adjustment kit. Not sure what else it could be.

If I remove the drums and spin the tire everything goes fine. But if I put the hub on and spin, sometimes it locks, but as soon as I spin in reverse an inch or two, it will go forward fine.

Doesn't seem to be no certain point or anything. Sometime two or three spins it will hit, sometimes 20 spins.

Anyone have any idea? It has a 10" x 1.75" if that helps

Probably need to lube the slide plates on the backing plate or sand the grooves out of them, replace the hardware/springs.

I purchased it all new, including the hubs, but wondering if autozone gave me wrong hubs to match the shoes.

funny thing is autozone said the computer is showing I have an option on the shoes (10x1.75" or 10x2.5"), but there is only one part for the hub (8838). I don't see how a hub can fit both 1.75" and a 2.5" wide shoe.

I have the dana 35 axle, without the C clips.
