Dennis is great to deal with. I will post up my opinions once I get my stroker done and use it!

My bored TBs are now $80 shipped to anywhere in the US. $25 will be refunded upon returning a good core.
If you send one to me for boring, its now $55.
These are bored only below the plate to make it the same as the top, about 60mm. I also blast the exterior to make it look nice and clean & grease the bearings. You just add sensors, flash the ECU and drive.
I can bore the entire TB to 62mm but you must find your own throttle plate and modify the shaft to accept the larger plate.

Hey TheXJfiles, do you know of any sources for OEM 62mm TB's off the top of your head? I'm thinking of punching one of mine out to 62mm for the stroker I'm building.

Burkleo24....thanks for the compliment...
GoMopar440.....I really dont know of any yet that are 62 from the factory. Wish I did so I could get some bigger throttle plates..

The other option I'm considering is to build a jig to mfg the butterflies myself. I already have the rotary table and the mill, so it wouldn't be impossible to do, just time consuming to get the initial setup dialed in.
The upside to all the extra effort is that after I verified it works on mine, I'd be set up to mfg 62mm butterflies (or any other size really). Can you see where I'm going with this...
