Sending you my Paypal address.

I bore them on a small lathe. I also blast the exterior, clean them well, grease the bearings and reassemble.
Im not sure there is enough meat to go to 64...but I do have a 62 mm that I did.
The only thing you have to do is find a 64mm throttle plate, and open the slot in the shaft. to accept the bigger plate.

Default TB

My bored TBs are now $80 shipped to anywhere in the US. $25 will be refunded upon returning a good core.

If you send one to me for boring, its now $55.

These are bored only below the plate to make it the same as the top, about 60mm. I also blast the exterior to make it look nice and clean & grease the bearings. You just add sensors, flash the ECU and drive.

I can bore the entire TB to 62mm but you must find your own throttle plate and modify the shaft to accept the larger plate.

Dennis knows what he is doing. I plan on picking one up from him soon, as well as some other things we have been talking about.

Default IAC

I would clean the IAC very well first with TB cleaner. Then I would ground the Pos. cable to the block for 30 sec. Then reconnect the cable, turn on the key but dont start....turn on headlights, turn off lights....Done.
